CHINA PAINT MODIFIER

Dry paint in a 2-dram glass vial (average weight varies by color). Mix with media, apply to bisque, and fire to Cone 018.  NEW! Introduced by New York Doll Products. Add a small amount of Modifier to your china paint when you desire a smooth satiny matt opaque finish. A little goes a long way! Approximately 4 parts china paint to 1/2 part Modifier.
